Description • Instructions • Sizes, Prices & Offers • Safety Data Sheet Ataraxia XX50 is a high temperature food grade grease consisting of a high viscosity silicone oil base with PTFE and other anti-wear additives, specially formulated for all plain and anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces. This grease is also resistant to a wide range of chemical cleaning solutions used in the food and drink industry, and has an exceptionally high maximum operating temperature for this class of lubricant. Applications • All plain and anti-friction bearings • Sliding surfaces and mechanisms. Key features • Extended service temperature range - up to 220°C. • PTFE solid lubricant content improves anti-wear performance, prolonging component life. • Good sealing properties protect components working in wet environments from corrosion. • Provides long term lubrication at high temperatures, extending lubrication intervals. • Excellent compatibility with most rubber type sealing materials. • Resistant to a wide range of cleaning chemicals used in the food and drink industries. • Resists degradation and wear. • Silica thickened high viscosity silicone oil. • Operating temp range: -20°C to 220°C. • NLGI 2. • Shell four ball test weld load (IP 239): 180 kg.
