Description • Instructions • Sizes, Prices & Offers A non-carbonising, ashless, low volatility, totally synthetic fluid containing special anti-oxidants and corrosion resisting additives. This thermally stable fluid has been specifically designed to operate at extremely high temperatures associated with applications such as conveyor chains on kilns, ovens and stenters. Features • Long 'wet' film life at high temperature, and low volatility, reduce lubricant consumption. • A high degree of oxidation stability reduces carbon residues. • Excellent corrosion resistance. • The addition of extreme pressure (EP) additives extends chain life. Typical properties Specific gravity at 15°C: 0.96 Kinematic viscosity at 100°C: 18cSt Kinematic viscosity at 40°C: 270cSt Pour point: -27°C Flash point: 265°C Volatility at 204°C: 0.5% Operating temperature: up to 250°C (intermittently higher) For professional use only.
